Warnings: Muraki being a bitch, NCS, AUish atmosphere, the usual Tsuzuki/Hisoka angst. :D

Plot: 10/10 - This is a total AU. And it's one of the most excellent AUs I had the chance of stumbling upon. This AU is original in idea and it's just breath taking. I can't say enough about how good the plot is, because it's just THAT good. Obviously, the author thought this out. There are no jumps and leaps and the plot flows smoothly to where it is currently.
Writing: 8/10 - A few errors here and there, but nothing outragous that would want to make you scream. The flow can be a bit off at times, but overall, the flow is right on the dot. There's also a side story in the fic, which is an interesting read.
Characterization: 9/10 - The characters are fairly in character, even though it's an AU. There's tiny OOCness, but it's so small, you won't be able to notice it. But after all, this IS an AU.
Negativities: Nothing, unless you dislike squicky fics and Muraki/Hisoka makes you cringe
Summary: Basically, Tsuzuki, Hisoka and Muraki are alive. Tsuzuki is at Muraki's hospital. He believes he has no reason to exist or to live. But when he makes friends with the doctor's assistant, it changes his life...
That's all I'm going to say, this is a MUST read for fans of these couples or if you're looking for something different. Just read it yourself if you want to know more. ~_^
Overall - 9/10 - DEFINITELY worth a read. One of the rare gems on FF.net. It's something that Tsuzuki/Hisoka fans will enjoy. Even Muraki/Hisoka fans will enjoy this. There's a little Muraki/Tsuzuki too, but it's mainly the first two couples.
